How to use Quarterly Business Review Excel Template?

This template basically includes three sections: 1. Settings, 2. Data Input, 3. Dashboard

1. Settings

You can define your dropdown menu lists here.

Also, you can select the Starting Month and Year. Then, the template will cover a 12-month period starting from your selected month and year.

2. Data Input

Additionally, this template has a very sleek-design data input interface. You can easily write down your key metrics with Category and Responsible Person info.

Please remember that the Category and Responsible Person dropdown menus will be fed from the lists on the Settings section.

Then, you can easily enter monthly numbers for each metric.

Also, you can add the overall performance score numbers to make an overall analysis.

3. Dashboard

The dashboard has dynamic charts to display the 12-month performance trend both metric-basis and overall-basis.

You can select your metric from the dropdown menu on the top sections. The chart will update automatically according to the selected metric.

The second graph will display the overall performance numbers in your QBR Dashboard.

Also, you’ll see the quarterly performances with three-month level color codes.
